In a double boiler melt
3-2 ounce sqaures of unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter
When melted add
3 eggs
1 and half cup sugar.
Cook until 165 degrees.
Take off heat & cool for about 15 minutes.
Then whip in a quart and a half of heavy cream.
1/2 cup Amaretto
1 tsp of vanilla.
Then pour the mixture into a 3 quart Pryex dish & put into the freeze & freeze until firm then serve.
